Question/Answer

Can a medical librarian assist medical students, faculty, staff, and residents with their research projects?

YES! Here are two options to help you with your research.

Option 1: If you’re writing a case report or lit review and want to discuss how to search the library databases for your specific topic, make an appointment with one of the medical librarians at https://library.fau.edu/medical/staff.

Option 2: If you want to review resources on your own, go to https://libguides.fau.edu/medresearch. From there, you can download handouts on lit searches and reference managers, and you can view short videos demonstrating how to search the library databases.
