Yes, all equipment may be renewed once. Equipment may be renewed more than once if no one is waiting. 

• Equipment must be brought to the Service Desk for renewal; it cannot be renewed online or over the phone.
• Exception: long-term equipment is renewed by following the instructions in your email.
