Question/Answer
Why doesn't my old Interlibrary Loan (ILL) username and password work anymore?
We have updated the log-in procedures to now use your FAUNet ID log-in instead of the username and password that you created for your ILL Account. This will improve the security of those logins and brings the system in line with campus security expectations.
If, in the past, you created an ILL username that was not your Florida Atlantic University email, a new account will be created when you log in for the first time. You will be asked to verify and update any account details including address and department.
You can log in to get a new ILL Account at the ILLiad Login Portal.
