Library Instruction, Workshop and Tour Request Form

Research and Instructional Services Department offers library instruction, workshop, and tours for the faculty and staff of FAU (Boca Raton campus), Palm Beach State College at Boca Raton, and the general public (see policies for non-affiliated users). Student groups of more than 5 can also make requests. Please see the policies for general instruction services for additional details.

Due to high demand, requests for library instruction must be made two weeks in advance of your class date. Faculty and staff are required to accompany their students for library instruction provided for a class. *If the session is for a student group, the session must be booked by a university faculty member.

The librarian will be in touch with you within 2 business days to confirm availability and arrange space, as needed.
